Perfect mountain getaway for those looking to get away from the busy day to day. We spent 7 days here while visiting from out of state. Close to Holter Lake and right on the Missouri River. Nearby access to the river, deer walking through the yard, friendly neighbors, and a view you just don't get to see everyday.

Missouri River Fishing Retreat

Very nice and roomy. Perfect for four fishermen. Everything you need is on site. Only thing I would add is window treatments on the east side to block out the morning sun. Plan to stay there again.

The placed worked out well for us all. It was cozy and beds were comfortable. Lots of windows which was nice but no curtains or blinds. It about 13 minutes from Craig. Place was affordable and I’d stay again

Ideal facility for 4 fisherman (4 queen beds). House contains all amenities necessary for a multiple day stay. Location is approx 8 miles north of Craig off of I-15. Last three miles on a steep rough, gravel road. Area has nice homes and good neighbors. The best review I can give is we have booked it again in 2026.Bill

Great place! The only negative was that it got hot during the day even with AC on. However, it was not uncomfortable. Hosts were fantastic and helpful with my questions.

Great location for accessing the Canyon for fishing.

Enjoyed our stay. We were a group os 2 couples in the area to fish the Missouri. Cabin had all we needed including A/C which was much appreciated as we stayed during a heat wave. There is a well maintained 3-mile dirt road leading to the neighborhood. Just be aware that it’s a winding road with a fair amount of elevation change. Go slowly and it’s an easy traverse.

Amenities, comfort and location were nice. Would be nice to repair screens and add a screen door to the sliders in front. There were a lot of flies that got in through holes in the screens.

Fantastic Location for fishing - Close to Craig

We loved staying at this home. We had 6 people (father, 2 sons, 3 grandsons). It was a little crowded with 6 beds but we enjoyed the opportunity to cook meals and relax without driving back to Helena every night. 2 TV's, refrigerator, dishwasher, outside gas grill etc. gave us the opportunity to relax after a full day on the river. Would highly recommend. Samantha was easily available by phone and text. Nice neighborhood, quiet and easy access from the interstate highway.

Room with a View

Pretty nice place. Good beds and adequate kitchen utensils, etc. Great views from the many windows in the house. Construction traffic on the access road, including gravel trucks, etc. made drives to and from the MO a bit tense and well beyond the owners control. We have stayed at other places near this one at the same time period and it was a noticeable increase. Well equipped rental, but lacking a few items fishing groups need…hooks to hang waders and wet gear outside would be a nice addition.
