On The Spread Eagle Chain of Lakes guests can take to the lake to go swimming, tanning, boating, or fishing. The water is refreshing & clear. Grab a raft & lounge about the lake.
No ATV’s allowed. DAMAGE: Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage , caused by themselves, or guests during their stay. NO SMOKING in the house. If this policy is violated you will be charged $150.00. This is strictly enforced. SIGHT UNSEEN: Our vacation rentals are individually owned & furnished. Rates, descriptions, bed sizes, inventories, & furnishings are subject to change without notice. Neither the rental agent nor the owner will be obligated to provide replacements or give refunds for failure or absence of any items. HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here & posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed. PET POLICY: Pet Friendly. Minimum six night stay.
