Book direct from the owner! Welcome to our executive 1800 square ft. three bedroom, three and one-half bath room Townhome in beautiful Vista Cay resort. This three levels townhome is professionally decorated and focusing on the comfort of the guests, and give you a lot of space and privacy. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a walk out balcony. Beautifully arranged for the Executive guest and perhaps their family to enjoy both business and pleasure. One King master suites and the two full bedroom suite, each room has 2 full size beds. Every bedroom has a private bath. sleeps up to 8-10 Comfortably. There's a large TV with DVD player in the living room with wireless high speed Internet access throughout the house!
The town home is located cross street from the Orange County Convention Center! Just moments away from Sea World, Universal & Disney World. 1 block from the Shingle Creek Golf Course,You can get almost anywhere within 10 minute

Very convenient location to conference center. Lots of space for 6 people but there were some mold issues and the fire alarms were chirping a couple times during the stay, happened at night causing disruption when trying to sleep there were some old fries left in the fridge but Otherwise a good space to stay.

Perfect Location for Volleyball at the OCCC

Stay was great the location was easy to access, house was clean and communication was easy. Some wear and tear on the property but the owner is aware and will be addressing in off season. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This location is the perfect spot when staying for Disney or getting to the convention center. The townhome is in a great spot and had plenty of room for our family. Well equipped kitchen with an air fryer and Kuerig! The beds and bathroom layout worked well. Keep in mind it is a townhome so lots of steps! Vista Cay also has great amenities like pool and gym!Had one minor issue with a smoke alarm and the owners were quick to respond and get someone over to resolve.

Summer volleyball trip for national AAU tournament

Great location to the convention center and all other amenities. The condo had all the needed supplies for two families to share the space and enjoy their time there. Kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend to anyone who needs to be close to the convention center or anyone else visiting Orlando.

Being able to walk to the convention center was perfect! The condo was super clean. I asked for a few extra plates and cookware and we received new items quickly! Check in and check out process was super easy and communication was top notch!!! Thank you!!

Great stay

We came for Dance Nationals, located near the Orange County Convention Center. We were minutes away. Perfect! Short walk to the pool, Walgreens. Publix was close also. Any question or concern we had, was addressed by Rene in a matter on minutes or a few short hours. I would recommend staying here. Thanks again.

Great location; property ok

Vista Cay is in a great location if headed to the convention center! Pools are great. Lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby Property was okay. Furniture looks as described. Bedding was below par - hard mattresses and bedding was low quality with sheets being nubby with some stains. Floors didn’t look fully cleaned and bathrooms were okay cleaned. Kitchen was not well appointed (ex dull knives; no pizza cutter; cabinets stuck and harder to open). Overall, we had a great week but don’t think we would stay at this specific unit again. Owners should do a deep clean and invest in nicer bedding and towels etc. It would make a big difference.

Recently we had bookings back-to-back for this unit that may have caused some cleaning issues. I will forward your message to our management team to see how to we can improve this unit. Unpleasant experience

This property was not clean, had light switches that were falling apart, cooking pans in terrible shape, very uncomfortable beds, thin linens, dinghy old bath towels, kitchen chairs that were broken and unsteady, and a garage that we were told we couldn’t use - even though the listing mentions a garage. The owner was very rude and yelled at me when we were locked out of the rental on our first night. We waited two and a half hours for a locksmith to come get us in the rental. The fake plants everywhere had so much dust on them that some in our party had strong allergy symptoms after the first night. Definitely not a pleasant vacation experience.

Hello Richard. Your review is extremely unfair towards us. Despite us asking and checking in throughout your stay, you never responded or brought up any of the concerns that you mentioned in your review. You did not follow our check in instructions when you arrived on the evening of March 24th. You locked yourself out from the front door, exited through the garage, and then locked yourself out from the garage again without any communication with us. We had to call Emergency Locksmith Services in the middle of the night to replace the front door's lock so you could access the house. We really tried out best to help you and work with you in this situation caused your lack of communication and failure to follow check in instructions. We hoped that you appreciated our effort.

The property was overall nice. Although the upstairs couch was very uncomfortable and seemed broken in spots. The pictures posted for the living room furniture were different then what was there. I would have appreciated more bath towels we had to do laundry everyday being provide only 1 towel per guest. Also more rolls of toilet paper for longer stays, we had to purchase on more for our stay.

The furniture was very outdated. We only got like 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults for 3 nights. We also had to buy trash bags because there was none left. You can tell that the owners did not really care about renovating because the place just looks very old timey. I wish the place was a little updated/ renovated. I will not be back.
