The living area is open and bright with high ceilings, a convenient sofa bed and Smart TV for relaxing indoors, a small dining table for eating in, and glass sliders opening onto an outdoor patio and scenic views overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your kitchen essentials, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a bathroom in the entry hallway.

The master suite is on the second level of the home with vaulted ceilings giving an extra sense of space. The bedroom features a king size bed, ceiling fan, plenty of storage space and a flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. The second bathroom has a bath/shower combo.

Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. Amenity cards may be purchased to access two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: A short walk to the beach.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) dog is permitted, with a weight limit of 25lbs or less. Please indicate size and breed at the time of booking. Pet fee is a minimum of 250.00.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of TWO (2) cars and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car passes are an additional 45.00 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
