Beautiful luxury townhouse on the beach. Stay beachfront and never deal with the crowded elevators, beaches and distant parking lots. This luxury townhouse is located in the highly sought-after and tranquil West End of Panama City Beach. The home offers direct access to the most beautiful beaches in the world! With spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from both inside and out. This professionally decorated three-story, 4 bedroom, 4. 5 bathroom has all the room you will need for your entire family. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The first floor has a great room with the living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen and amazing views of the beach. Laundry room with extra large Samsung washer and dryer set and half-bath.

The second floor has two bedrooms with a beach front master bedroom that has a king bed, private balcony and master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beach. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bed, separate trundle bed and private bathroom. The 3rd floor is set up the same with two bedrooms. The 3rd floor beach front bedroom has a king bed, private balcony and Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beach. The 2nd bedroom on the 3rd floor has a queen bed, twin over full bunk bed with separate trundle bed and private bathroom. The open floor plan adds to the beauty and space of this property, this allows families to interact while being in either the kitchen, dining, living room or out on the deck. Each floor has its own water heater to help ensure no cold showers.

There are 2 designated parking spots for this townhome and 3 first-come first-serve spaces. If needed, additional parking is available in the immediate area.

Our building complex is made up of 5 individually townhomes. We have a private community pool with direct views to the beach and lounging area. Our townhome is located adjacent to the pool with views of the pool from all 3 decks from our property. We also have a shared grilling area that is available to our guests.

Our decks are comprised of composite cool-deck boards and aluminum railing. Each primary deck area offers a combination of privacy while providing completely open views to the beautiful gulf-coast beaches.

Splash resorts, located nearby, offers Jet ski rentals, Parasailing and Banana Boat rides. These attractions are available during prime seasons throughout the year.

The townhome was beautiful and had everything needed . We had a group of 8 and loved that we all could fit around the table. The chairs and umbrellas on the deck was a beautiful spot for morning coffee. No elevators, being able to walk out on the beach… everything was perfect!

Absolutely the best beach stay we have ever experienced. This townhouse was so roomy and perfect for 8 of us. Beautifully decorated and very clean and has everything you need. Perfect Vacation Location

The property was amazing! Views, location and distance to beach! It’s nice to not have to lug everything to the beach since this property is so close to the shoreline. Home has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beds for our group of 10, 6 adults and 4 children.

Perfect Family Weekend Getaway!

Our stay was wonderful. All we needed was our clothes, as the house was fully furnished to the minimum details. The beds were very comfortable and to wake up looking at the ocean was amazing. The Perfect Beach House!!

This place is AMAZING!!! We loved the layout of the house and the separate bathrooms and multiple balconies. It’s so great to just walk out the back door and be on the beautiful white sand beach. This is out of the way of the busier part of Panama City so it was peaceful. We will definitely be back!
