Extremely private house, 2260 s/f, setback on a cul-de-sac. Large expansive backyard which goes down to the water's edge. House is decorated in vintage Floridian style. Extensive outside tropical flower gardens. House faces east for the warm morning sun. Amenities include semi-Olympic lap pool, bocce ball, Har-Tru tennis, golf, professional croquet, library, pickleball, large new gym- all at activities campus. There are a host of community sponsored activities- something for everyone. Includes beach membership to private beach getaway on Manasota key. Golf cart, bicycles, beach equipment, BBQ, extra lanai lounge chairs/seating all included. Perfectly situated for gulf beach access, Sarasota, Venice and Fort Myers.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure hot water is turned off. Switch is above unit on wall in garage. Turn water off to the house, exit door in garage, lever is next to AC unit.
Turn off water valves to cloths washer. Turn off ice maker in refrigerator.
Leave the AC thermostat set at 78 degrees. Humidistat to "on"position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very private. Water and preserve views. Beautiful vista. Warm winter sun fills the house with bright sunlight.
The house interior is made of vintage items, interesting items which makes it feel very comfortable, homey and inviting. I'm a huge picker of flea markets, auctions, etc. and enjoy the treasure hunt to find unique things.
