Could have been better

The house was very clean and the location is excellent. However, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels provided. No hand soap, dish soap, or hand towels were available. The towels were thin and worn, and there was no top sheet available on the beds, only a thin comforter. There was a Keureg machine for coffee but no pods. For these reasons I had to spend time at Publix to buy essential items for the stay.

Stayed here with a friend of mine for a few days. Place had so many bugs roaches, spiders, even lizards. Photos are definitely deceiving. Had a drinking cup have a huge gash on the bottom spilled my entire drink out. Tub was rusted and chipped that’s why there’s no photos of it. Place had mold all in the vents. Most tiles were broken and so was some of the decore. There was 2 TVs and only 1 remote for the tvs and the 1 remote they did have had no batteries so i had to go buy some to use it. Owner said he’d refund for 2 days only refunded 59 and obviously this place isn’t 29 a night. Literally had to leave early cause i was so grossed out.

Worse Than Expected

This place was booked last minute and we were hoping for a good stay. Upon arrival, we noticed a lot of differences from the posting and the actual property. Mirrors were broken, it smelled horrific, and the A/C was not working during our entire stay. The host was not very helpful. We had to buy our own bedding and cleaning supplies to clean up the property, so we can be able to lay our heads. I do not recommend this property.

Great location but not well prepared!

The location & check in process were good, they even let us come a couple hours early. However, we got there and set a bag on 1bed & the leg immediately gave out. We had to prop it up so someone could sleep in it. There was also no soap, shampoo/conditioner, or paper towels as is advertised on the listing so we had to make an extra trip to the store. There is a binder with some check in/out & contact information listed, but the woman listed in the binder as the manager stated that she no longer managed the property when we called about the bed. We reached out to Chandler via the VRBO app & it took him over 12 hours to respond that he was out of town & unable to help until the night before we left. Unprofessional, unprepared, and falsely advertised but if you’re just looking for a clean place to sleep, this place will do.
