We had a great visit and loved the place. It had a really nice outside patio quiet yet right next to everything.. we will be looking to stay here again next time for sure
We traveled to Santa Fe in January and there was a lot of snow, we arrived to shoveled stairs and and easy, safe entry. The apartment was warm and has a great view. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. We slept well. The shower in the hall has the hot and cold on it reversed. The tub is great for a warm soak after a chilly day out. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook a simple meal. We having a stock of fire wood available. There's a lot of great restaurants and shops a short walk away. It's a very central and convenient location.
Location and layout and amenities were as advertised. However, the wifi didn't work for the first two days. We were given an 800# to trouble shoot. Not helpful. There was a 7 hour power outage, which was obviously not the fault of the property, but we were told that such outages are not uncommon in SF. The outage came at night when all of our cell phones were low on battery (and also our battery packs - poor planning on our part). We had to go buy flashlights as the condo was completely dark. Would have been helpful for the property to have some light source for these common power failures. One bathroom was poorly cleaned when we arrived. And for the final touch, we were chased out at 11:05 even though we were already in the process of moving our bags to our car. Bottom line, there are many lovely places to stay in Santa Fe. I would not pick this one. Poor service and a distinct lack of hospitality.
