Wonderful beach cottage between the highways in Kill Devil Hills NC. This cottage offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large living room, newly renovated kitchen, and dinning area that seats 16. Rec room with pool table and ping pong and flat screen TV. Kids Den with TV - perfect for gaming. Fenced in back yard and outdoor shower.

Walking distance to beach and Avalon Fishing Pier (High Tide Bar) about 2 blocks or 300 yards. Awful Arthur's Restaurant, convenience store and shopping center all within walking distance. Groceries (Food Lion and Publix),Theater, Lowes & Belk's and shopping all within 1/2 mile. 5-10 minutes to Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Wright Brothers Memorial. A great day trip would be to drive down the beach and really see the best that the outer banks has to offer. Short drive through the Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, and Hatteras areas takes you to the ferry and a 30 minute trip over to Ocracoke. This would really be an incredible day trip adventure.

Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. Convenient to golf, shopping, great dining and sight-seeing. The refreshing Atlantic Ocean is just steps away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please collect all white towels (bath, hand and wash cloths) and put them in the washer while you pack up. Kindly transition them to the dryer on the most time possible and start before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cancellation fee of $100 will be imposed on ALL renter initiated cancellations.

Good public beach access. Walking distance to everything including Avalon Fishing Pier, the beach, and Awful Arthur's. Pool Table and ping pong table are great for adults or kids.
