Get ready to rest and relax. Our comfy 1250 SF guesthouse is located in our gated lakefront property on Lake Tapps. Only one mile from Lakeland hills shopping, but the feeling of a quiet paradise. This is a completely private apartment adjacent to our personal home. Our street is quiet and our property is fully fenced. If you are coming for the lake, you have many parks to choose from, though our private waterfront is not included in this rental home. However you have beautiful views, a nice yard, privacy and ample parking. Outdoors find a nice outdoor table, chairs and a seating area for the gas BBQ area.
Inside our beautifully appointed home you’ll find ample seating for your family. a gas fireplace, forced air heat and AC, a large cable TV, coffee machine, microwave, convection air fryer, a beautiful kitchen and luxurious bedding. We can provide a pack and play and highchair. The second bedroom has two twin beds. All the rooms are large and comfortable. The front porch chairs provide a great place to hang out, eat and BBQ. Working as you travel? We have high speed internet.
The guest house is on the north end of beautiful Lake Tapps. Access the property easily from SeaTac international airport. Drive through the entry gate to the first house on your left.
Other things to note. We have two parking spaces at the front door. Guestbook on dining nook with all your details as you arrive.

The Cozy Guesthouse couldn't have been better. Joel and Dwain were very accessible. The house and grounds are just beautiful, the kitchen was well-equipped, the decor was lovely. We would certainly choose this property again!BD

We were very pleased with this property. It was convenient to the Bonney Lake area that we were there to explore. The exterior of the cottage was very charming and inviting. There was plenty of room to park in front and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. Even though the main house was behind the cottage, we felt that it was private. The inside was very clean, very spacious, and well appointed. The spaciousness of the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen island was a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely property, and it was perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do during our stay (which included Mt. Rainier, downtown Seattle, Bainbridge Island and Snoqualmie Falls.) We loved sitting on the front porch after our daily adventures, so we could admire the beautiful landscaping. I would highly recommend this property!!!

It was very clean. The location was perfect for us going to the White River amphitheater. I feel that it is better suited for four people, however. There are two twin beds. One queen size bed, and a couch.

We had a delightful stay! You can tell there has been a lot of love and care put into this property. It was abundantly stocked, very clean, and had very comfortable beds. We traveled with our 13 year old daughter and found there to be plenty of room— if anything it was more spacious than we had anticipated yet cozy as described.We chose the Lake Tapps Guest House primarily because it was in a good location in relation to things we planned to do in the area including Mt. Rainier, Snoqualmie Falls, Point Defiance Zoo/Park, and Woodland Park Zoo. We weren’t quite sure what to expect with it being right on the owners property and were pleasantly surprised at the amount of privacy. You wouldn’t know they were there unless they were needed, at which point they were attentive yet considerate.Would highly recommend staying here!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Wolfe Gasthaus on beautiful Lake Tapps. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating with impeccable communication. Their little guest house had all the amenities needed for our visit and we shopped at the nearby Lakeland Town Center in Auburn for most of our grocery needs. We enjoy lake life & beach communities, as no matter where we travel we always feel at home. If you enjoy the same and are looking for some peace & tranquility then the Wolfe's Gasthaus is perfect for you. Safe travels!
