Get ready to rest and relax. Our comfy 1250 SF guesthouse is adjacent to our personal home, but you have your own place and privacy. You're inside our fully fenced and gated property. If you are coming for the lake, you'll have access to our Private HOA waterfront park, launch and dock. The Guesthouse includes 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 2 lawn chairs, 1 pop up canopy, and life vests should you choose to enjoy the lake. Outdoors find a table, chairs and seating area for the gas BBQ area.
Inside our beautifully appointed home you’ll find ample seating for your family. a gas fireplace, forced air heat and AC, a large cable TV, Keurig coffee, microwave, convection air fryer, a beautiful kitchen and luxurious bedding to make you feel you are being pampered. We can provide a pack and play and highchair. All the rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out, eat and BBQ. You’ll have a key to our private park at the lake which is only 2 blocks away. Bring your boat or just take your picnic lunch. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding is the best on the warm end of Lake Tapps. Working as you travel? We have high speed internet and can connect you directly to the router.
The guest house is on the north end of beautiful Lake Tapps. You’ll be just inside a private gated residence. Your house is not on the water, but you can see the water from your house. Access to our waterfront has to be rented separately, but you’ll have a key to our private park. Access the property easily from SeaTac international airport. Drive through the entry gate to the first door on your left.
Other things to note. We have two parking spaces at the front door. Other vehicles will have to park outside the gate.
