The property manager managed to let us check in early so we could change before attending an afternoon wedding. The place was very clean and comfortable
The stairs are a real challenge. The mattress needs to be replaced. The main door was unlocked each time we went in or out. Parking was a real challenge several evenings. The couch is way over the hill and should be replaced.
The view is lovely and the place is very quiet.

Decently clean, smells a bit of yesteryear's dank cigarettes. However, it had everything we needed, comfy bed, cute balcony and good value on the rate.
We will be back
If you are picky and looking for a modern property. This is not for you. It’s old and dated.
We liked the location. Short walk to the river. Nice restaurant in Queens landing a block away
Very quiet peaceful area.
Outdated, run down, parking instructions were lacking, and no extra sheets for pullout sofa (which was an uninflated blow up mattress). It was clean with good shower pressure, but not enough hot water.
We were shocked. The building was shabby and closed. A Public Notice on wall of an application for rezoning to rebuild as an apartment building. Phone calls went to the voicemail of another business. No choice but to stay elsewhere.
While the room was clean, the facility was generally in disrepair. The pictures on the website are not representative of the property. There was no parking, the lobby was locked and is being used for storage, the hot water was limited and the floor had a minimum drop of 100 mm from side to side. You know you are in trouble when the keys to your room are hanging in a drywall screw extending from the wall. I don't know what was historical of the property

Location appeared abandoned from the outside as the first level is under construction and there are pieces of furniture pushed up against the windows. There are no staff onsite and no lighting or advertisement with the hotel name outside. Only a front hall light on inside. Your metal key hangs on the outside of your hotel room when you check in so any other guests at the time would have full access to your room if they check in before you.
While the view of the marina is lovely and you're next door to Harbour House and Queen's Landing hotels, this location does not come close to comparing. The patio door in our room took all my strength as an adult to fully latch close and the door handle lock is flimsy. The room, while clean, was musty smelling and had a hint of old smoke. The floors were uneven from one side of the room to another and the carpets (different patches of them) were thread-bare with some exposed cement under the air conditioning unit (which was very efficient and kept the room a good temperature).
The VRBO contact, Ben whom I booked under was communicative with hand drawn images via text of where I could park as there was no clear hotel parking indicated. onsite.
Overall, this location needs a complete overhaul before I'd consider staying here again
