Located in the Residence Mont Vernon, This condo offers amazing views of Orient Beach, St. Barth, Tintamarre, and Pinel Island. Recently renovated, this beachfront residence will provide you with both style and comfort during your Saint Martin vacation.
The unit has a full kitchen with microwave oven, full size refrigerator, four-burner induction cook top, coffee maker, toaster and a stylish bathroom, complete with walk in shower and washing machine. The living area is decorated with an Indonesian flair. The condo has a king size teak bed, and a lounging area with a new sleeper sofa to accommodate an additional person.
The Condo comes equipped with A/C, security safe, high speed DSL, 55" smart TV, iron / ironing board, hair dryer, and curling iron, We also furnish our guests with bed linens, bath, hand and face towels, 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
The residence has 24-hour Video Surveillance Security, oversized swimming pool, tennis courts, free parking, full service laundromat, small convenience store and pizzeria.
