If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

- You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID with a name that matches your profile
- A security deposit of $500 (see below) will be required
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1000 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Lost condo fobs/visitor passes (if applicable) = $150

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

No cold water coning out of the kitchen and bathroom faucets. Goes from hot to warm, no cold water at all. The water out of the shower spout took 5 - 10 minutes to get warm (from cold).

Great location
My wife stayed here while waiting for me to return from overseas. She enjoyed the walk up access to shopping and restaurants nearby. Easy check in and checkout. Definitely recommend it for a place to stay.

Un reasonably hot in the apartment, with the heat off, and the beds were not that comfortable. We had 2 false fire alarms on the Saturday night, one which we had get up from our beds. Location was central, back of Safeway food very convenient for shopping. The trucks coming in and out were noisy with the windows open and we have them open. No Air conditioning.

Cozy, clean property. Good location. Loved having the grocery store beside. Good experience across the board. Only advice for travellers is to bring a hairdryer!

Beautiful and clean
The property was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and clean. We had almost everything we needed in the apartment. It is also very close to grocery stores so shopping was easy. It was quite hot sometimes but the AC and the fans helped. Would also recommend waste bins in the bathrooms. Still, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
