Spring Break Vacation

My friends and I stayed here for our spring break. We had no problem fitting 5 of us. Great location close to downtown, the airport, and 45 min drive to the beach. The host was very friendly and accommodating if we needed something. The inside of the house was clean when we arrived.

Could have been better

I sent my staff members to Tampa for a conference, and they stayed at this location. Sadly, there was quite a bit of unfortunate findings in the house. The bathroom windows frosting was coming off and anyone standing in the yard could see into the shower. There was mold on plates in the cabinets. The fridge was leaking onto the floor. There was a hide-a-key in plain sight outside of the house for anyone to be able to enter. The front door did not lock properly. The shower would not drain properly and would fill with water. One person found random pills, a used Band-Aid and cockroaches in the house. Some of the floorboards were coming up. This house was in what seemed to be a lower income neighborhood. Thankfully the house was located decently close to where the conference was, and the staff were able to make do with the house for the couple of days needed.

Father/Son Football Weekend

Great location for attending the Bucs game as it’s about a 20-25 minutes walk to the stadium. The area around the house was nice with lots of amenities within a short walking distance away. House was very clean, well maintained and with new appliances. Would stay there again and will recommend to our friends.
