About this property

The MidCentury Modern 5 min to Airport PETS!

Welcome to our cozy home, where you can enjoy the best of Cleveland's attractions and nature! Our house is newly renovated and conveniently located near the Cleveland Airport, Kamm's Corner, Big Met Golf Course and The Cleveland Metro Parks. You can easily access the 71 freeway and explore the city from our place. We love pets and we welcome yours, as long as they are well behaved. Please limit to 2 pets per stay :)

The house is located 3 minutes drive from Kamm's Corner - the heart of Cleveland's West Park, a dense, walkable, family neighborhood with a suburban feel.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves for the length of their stay.

Remodeled in late 2020, located on the first floor of a triplex.
We provide a contactless check-in thru an electric keypad.
Guests will have access to a covered parking spot, and an additional off street parking spot (uncovered). 2 spots.
The Living room and the master bedroom both have a large Smart HDTV with Netflix, Hulu and Disney+.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and glassware, we also provide coffee and tea.
Both bedrooms have new medium firm queen mattresses.
Bathroom is stocked with all necessities.

A 15 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland, 5 minutes away from the Cleveland Airport, The Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital, The Metro Parks and the golf course.

Everything that we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Kamm's Corners. It was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. The host was accommodating and responded within minutes to emails. We hope to be able to return soon.

A hidden gem with great location

I only needed a few nights to visit with family coming into town with my teen daughter and our dog. Jacob was prompt and courteous in all communications. Apartment was very clean upon arrival. I have asthma so it would have triggered if it wasn't. Nice size bedrooms, comfy beds, great shower head. If our trip was extended, I would definitely be comfortable staying longer and won't hesitate to book with Jacob again.

Nice stay!

The house overall was nice, convenient to the airport. There was no cleaning products available, had to buy our own. The door frame to bathroom was split in half making it challenging to close and open the bathroom door. Replacement tissue was not readily available. Small minor things that just needs to be more watchful of by property owner

The beds had been slept in. The bathroom was filthy with feces in the toilet and dirty towels everywhere. No coffee pot with the coffee maker. Holes punched into the cupboards. The outdoor space was an old stained up sofa on the front porch. The lock on the only entrance/exit was not safe. The parking was terrible. Not a nice neighborhood. We did receive a full refund. They said it just hadn't been cleaned but that would not have helped.

Cozy is an accurate description

This property truly lives up to its name of being (Cozy). One evening my Mother was actually sitting on the sofa and said “it’s so cozy here!” We we’re not only pleased with the property itself, we were also pleased with the property management. They truly made this place a home away from home! :)
