We easily accommodate 8 adults with 3 King Bedrooms, 2 Twin daybed in Den…and have a Full air mattress. Not a sofa bed in sight!

🐾 PETS: Service animals are always welcome!! 1 small or medium dog allowed ($100 Pet Fee; message Madison to PRE-APPROVE.)

🔒 SECURITY - We have 2 Ring cameras: video doorbell pointing at front steps, and video floodlight pointing at back patio/steps. Cameras are motion-activated and record 24/7. There are NO cameras inside.

🚶🏽‍♀️WALK - Anheuser-Busch Brewery, grocery, coffee, dining, bars (but far enough away so there's no bar noise outside)

🍻 Soulard is home to ANHEUSER-BUSCH'S flagship brewery...and it's just 2 BLOCKS away. Be sure to reserve a TOUR; they are fascinating AND you get free beer!  You can meet some retired Clydesdales, too.

🎭📿 Soulard is acclaimed for its MARDI GRAS PARADE...the 2nd-largest in the US! "Laissez les bon temps rouler!" Let the good times roll!

🛣️ We are only minutes away from 5 INTERSTATES, so we're literally MINUTES from anything you could want to do in the St Louis metro area.

🎉 Please be respectful of our NEIGHBORS and keep noise to a reasonable level. NO EXCESSIVE NOISE 11pm-8am. And ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

👫 You may have local GUESTS visit, but they need to leave before Midnight daily. Please give Madison a heads-up on how many you expect BEFORE they come over.

Even better than advertised! What a lovely neighborhood, we felt safe and at home.

We couldn't have had a nicer night! Hosts were quick to help us with check in and the well-equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking an evening meal and visiting with friends, including an evening visit on the patio to enjoy the warm, summer evening. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Family trip for college graduation

My family of 6 adults 30+ ages throughly enjoyed the property or stay at this house. We enjoyed the large house, comfortable king sized beds and the 4 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for the day. We enjoyed the larger fenced patio and multiple fridges made it great to keep food and drinks cold without relying on coolers. Although we only cooked breakfast, I was impressed with the amount of cook wear in the kitchen, and confident that any family or group would enjoy the amenities this property has.

St. Louis done right!

If your heading to St Louis check out this property. Kimberly does an amazing job making sure everything is spot on. The house has lots of space for a group to spread out. There is a coffee bar set up for you. The dusting of snow on our trip just added to making it more memorable. Great area to walk around and chill in the evenings. Loved the neighborhood.

Soulard is also home to ANHEUSER-BUSCH'S FLAGSHIP BREWERY...just 2 blocks from our home. Be sure to reserve a tour...they're fascinating!

But one of my favorite things is that Soulard is acclaimed for their MARDI GRAS PARADE...2nd-largest in the US!! I lived in Mobile AL, birthplace of Mardi Gras so I love this! "Laissez les bon temps rouler!" Let the good times roll!

And since we're only minutes away from *5* INTERSTATES, we are literally MINUTES from anything you could want to do in St Louis! (And it makes getting here super easy!)
