Unit needs attention

While the location of the property is great, this unit has some issues. The front door does not seal shut. You can see light around the frame, therefore we could feel a breeze when standing by it, not to mention the dirt that rolls in. There is no deadbolt. There's more

The property has a beautiful view with the pool and boats out in the harbor. Loved the little beach with the oak trees, it was just beautiful and peaceful! Would loved to come again and the price was excellent as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I went on a getaway and came upon this listing, super easy booking and instructions. The studio was close to everything, 6 minutes to the beach and the boardwalk. Perfect for a couple. The studio had towels and enough starter things (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc) The bed was very soft but comfortable. The bed sheets and duvet were very very thin. The kitchenette was good enough to heat up food and a small meal.The walls are very thin we could hear everything from the studio above us (chairs being dragged all hours of the day) and next to us. Aside from that minor inconvenience everything worked as it should.The pool was huge! I highly recommend and will be back!
