Great location, huge balcony, beautiful view

This property is conveniently located on Brickell Bay, within walking distance to great restaurants. It has a large balcony with nice views and a designated parking spot. Enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the landlord was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. When our sink broke, he quickly sent someone out to get it fixed. The view, location, and amenities are unbeatable for the price.

Wodapalooza

The location was great and we could walk pretty much everywhere. The check in was a bit confusing with the parking and the key fob. The beds were comfy, but not enough pillows or towels in the unit. The apartment can use updating and a really good cleaning. We had a few issues which Alfredo responded to in a timely manner. Not sure if several elevators were broken or it was the norm (no one knew) but they took 10-15 minutes to arrive anytime we needed one. The view was spectacular!

Okay To Stay

Alfredo was a joy to work with. Upon our arrival. Housekeeping was in the apartment still cleaning. Which didn’t bother me. But 2 of the bedroom TV’s didn’t work. My daughter fixed one and Alfredo brought me a fire stick for the Master Bedroom. So the Tv issue was fixed. All of the furniture needs to be upgraded. Including in both bathrooms. There was enough pots and pans for cooking. The view was good. And the location of the unit was perfect distance from my doctors offices. The washer and dryer inside the unit was a plus as well being that my stay was 2 weeks long. Overall, I would stay again.

Just don´t do it

You don´t get what you are paying for. The location was fine but cleaning was terrible; need to upgrade furniture and accessories . There was no communication with host until last day of our stay , so could not solve our complains. The property is in a huge building ,making it noisy and uncomfortable to move around,as lack and difficult of parking. You will only get one set of keys ,making VERY complicated going in/out with your party.

Awful!!!!

Don't book here. The furniture is disgusting very dirty old and ripped up. TV is master room never worked the host said he will be there to fix it of all the days there he didn't show up not once after reaching out to him twice. The paint on the walls and room walls is dirty. The dining room chairs are broken someone can injure themselves. Refrigerator had leakeage. I would rate it 0stars. Not worth the money. Smh it's A RIP OFF
