Fireside 102 -2 Bedroom Condo - Sleeps 8

Fireside Lodge 102 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated right in the heart of the village (with extremely easy access to ski-in/ski-out!) and conveniently located on the ground level, close to the restaurants and shops also located on this level. With a decor that will remind you of a traditional ski cottage, you'll love having your winter holiday here. In the summer you'll love the greenery across the way from your private balcony.

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the living room. With an ample amount of sleeping surfaces, this is a great option for a larger group while still being an affordable option for a smaller family or a couple of friends.

Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).

* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.

* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.

* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.

* Large adult group bookings require us to pass along newer Sun Peaks Municipal bylaws. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
