Exquisitely restored antique barn with all wood interior and original stonework. There are 5 unique bedrooms, 4 on the ground floor of the Lodge each with its own private, full bathroom and the 5th bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of thr Tower.. The upstairs of the Lodge is a large open concept area including; the full kitchen, lovely dining area, pool table, board games, cozy TV area with 3D television, fireplace, and woodstove and a half bath. The Tower is three stories also all wood interior. The first floor has a pool table, couch, rocker love seat and chairs. There is also a half bathroom with toilet and sink. The second floor has 4 twin beds and a lovely view. And finally, the third & top floor of the Tower offers the most amazing views especially sunrise/sunset and storms.Panoramic views and nice space to visit with family and friends, do yoga, or look through the telescope. The 240 Acre property has 30 acres of fields, an apple orchard and the rest is a diverse forest with beautiful trails for exploring, on foot, by cross country ski or snow shoe and are even wide enough for ATVs. The is also a 1 acre pond for swimming or go for a ride on the paddle boat. There are some small fish if you want to toss in a line. Ample firewood provided for bonfire and our location, far from light pollution, make for incredible views of the stars, meteor showers or Northern lights. The large paved parking and turnaround area in front of the Lodge are perfect for vehicles with trailers.
