Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place

It was nice staying just walking distance to the beach. The place is nice. A lot of places close by to go out and eat. Overal it was a great experience.

Fantastic!

Great place to stay! We enjoyed all the extras of board games, beach toys, and beach chairs. Also, very clean and heated pool!

Cozy and relaxing

Other than our entry code not initially working it was a great experience. The condo was clean and bright. Only complaint in the secondary bedroom were the fitted sheets. The sheets were too small and kept pulling up.

Cute

The place was cute however a few things needed attention such as the front door doesn’t close properly, the glass and mirrors were filthy with smears and handprints and the baseboards were also dusty. Cleanliness is very important especially when you pay almost 100 and the cleaning fee they charge is slot for it to not be properly cleaned

Great Propety, location location location

This units location is perfect to get access to the private beach. Pickleball, tennis courts and pool were all right their property was clean, very spacious and well stocked. Enjoyed the live music from the restaurant a few short steps from the complex. Perfect vacation spot. - Frannie R first time visitor.
