The minute you open the door to this condo, you are greeted by a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico that takes your breath away. Enjoy the extraordinary weather and sunsets Fort Myers Beach has to offer from the lanai with mesmerizing views of the beach, pool and Sanibel Island. Watch the dolphins play and see the beautiful exotic birds feeding in the estuary as you relax and sip your morning coffee or evening beverage.
The condo is conveniently located on the south end of the island. The property is located directly on the beach and has plenty of free parking for guests. It is across the street from Santini Plaza which is in the process of rebuilding. It already has several shops that have reopened.
As a part of the remodel, we replaced all of the appliances including a dishwasher, new flooring, hi-end granite countertops, tile walk-in shower and new kitchen and bathroom cabinets.
Our condo also offers the following
• No other condos or houses looking directly into the unit
• Soft King sized bed
• Cozy rocking swivel chairs on the lanai
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Towels and linens provided
• Beach towels provided
• Beach chairs and umbrella for use on the beach included
• 40 inch HD TV with cable service
• Free Wi-Fi inside the room
• Beach toys, Pickleball rackets, Tennis rackets and various other toys for your entertainment
Estero Beach & Tennis Club offers the following
• 10 acres of beautifully landscaped, meticulously maintained grounds right on the beach (a rare find on Fort Myers Beach)
• Free off street parking
• Tennis/Pickleball courts
• Outdoor gas BBQ grills
• Private heated pool
• Laundry room (all new washers and dryers)
• Secured entrance to the building and pool area
• Quieter South end of the beach
• Seven 11 within a block
• CVS with full service pharmacy located a block away
• Trollies to all areas of the beach as well as Lover’s Key and additional shopping
