Beach trips take two minutes on foot. Restaurants take five in the golf cart. And nights by the pool under the stars are the kind of thing everyone keeps talking about on the drive home.

ABOUT THIS SPACE

The backyard is your command center. The private saltwater pool is heated and chilled year-round — warm on cool spring mornings, refreshing in peak July heat. Four lounge chairs line the deck, and an 8-seat dining table sits under a large red umbrella. The putting green sits right beside the pool — golf balls and putter already there. The tiki bar — thatched palm roof, reclaimed wood counter, barstools on both sides — is the social hub of the outdoor space. A gas grill with provided propane bottles handles cookouts. An outdoor shower manages the post-beach rinse. The included 6-seat golf cart with parking pass lives under the house alongside hanging beach chairs and the Level 2 EV charger.

Inside the main floor: an airy living area with white sofas, a large smart TV, and fast WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped — sage green cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, Keurig and drip coffee, blender, and a complete knife block. The dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 more at the kitchen counter. French doors from the living area open to the covered front porch with wicker seating and a ceiling fan — ideal for morning coffee or a slow evening with the ocean breeze coming through.

The game room earns raves from every group: PacMan, NBA Jam, Mortal Kombat, Marvel Pinball, foosball, neon rainbow lighting, star-pattern carpet. The upstairs bunk room is shark-themed with a PS4 and games — the younger crew will need to be called twice for dinner.

GUEST ACCESS

Self check-in via smartlock — your access code is sent before arrival. The in-home elevator reaches all floors, making load-in with luggage genuinely painless. You have full access to all five bedrooms, bathrooms, the pool, game room, golf cart, tiki bar, grill, and EV charger. The only locked areas are the owner's storage closet on the second floor and a utility area under the house.

PARKING

Six vehicles fit — four driveway spots and two covered under the house. The 6-seat golf cart is included. Level 2 Grizzl-E EV charger available in the carport. No passes required.

A rental agreement is sent via OwnerRez after booking — please sign it promptly. No smoking inside ($500 fee plus damages). No third-party bookings. Two security cameras in the carport (street and rear-facing) for security only — do not tamper or obstruct. Pool heater/chiller performance may vary with outdoor temperatures. Travel insurance strongly recommended; cancellation policy is firm except for mandatory evacuation.
