New Listing! This incredible 3400 sq ft, spacious waterfront retreat in the Channel Islands Harbor, invites you to park your boat in the private slip, paddle board, or kayak around the marina, ride bikes to the nearby beaches, or stay in and enjoy the sauna. There's also a pool table, air hockey and foosball, or simply unwind and enjoy the California sunshine on the deck overlooking the marina. This magnificent home has everything to relax and have fun!

The first floor is an open design with a bar, beautifully remodeled and stocked kitchen including a Nespresso, drip, french express, coffee and tea, standard condiments in fridge, oil and spices for cooking and a large farmhouse table to seat the whole crew. This space opens up to a 500 square foot deck overlooking the serene harbor with outdoor seating and a grill.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms with room darkening curtains, duvets, firm mattresses, cotton sheets, and each room has its own bathroom. The master has a tub with jets, a sauna, a huge walk in shower, king size avacado mattress, and a wonderful view of the harbor.

Great location in the Harbor

We had a great time staying in the house. Even though it rained pretty much the whole time we were there, we really enjoyed being able to visit with family. The layout of the house was great. The little time we were able to sit out on the deck overlooking the harbor was splendid. We will certainly be back to enjoy the house under much better weather conditions.

Short stay

Short stay, beautiful view. Beds were amazing, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. Few things I was disappointed in, house wasn’t very clean, smelled musty when we first entered and housekeeping left towels in the garage unfolded. But owner contacted them immediately. Other than a few things needing to be fixed at the beginning of the trip the house it very beautiful, in a beautiful location. Neighbors are super friendly and kind..loved sitting in the back yard looking at the harbor, was the most relaxing part of the trip.

Fabulous Family Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful family weekend here. We had 4 generations with us and all found things that we appreciated here. First of all, the house is beautiful with an amazing view sitting on the back patio.the kids an adults alike loved the kayaks as well as the pool table and game tables. The kitchen was very well stocked and meals were enjoyed at the large table. Communication with the host was excellent. We stay at a lot of VRBO’s… this one definitely hits one of our top 10. Five Star stay for sure!
