There is kayaking, rafting and countless other activities for those who love the sun! Take time to relax after a day of adventuring by soaking your muscles in the private hot tub and watching the sunset through the trees.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted with a bright, wooden interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Gather in the living area to relax on the plush furniture, curl up with a good book by the fireplace, or stream a movie on the large TV. After creating culinary charms in the kitchen filled with stainless steel appliances, serve your loved ones a home-cooked meal at the formal dining table. With seven beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a lovely en suite bathroom, or bunk down with friends in the room filled with bunk beds and a TV for movie marathons. In your downtime, you and your guests will love spending time in the game room that has something for everyone: movie posters from the '80s, a lounge area complete with another TV and fireplace, a pool table, and an arcade game.

Top the day off with a perfect evening dining alfresco on the expansive wrap-around deck, which boasts a fireplace, TV, and outdoor furniture to host a movie night with your favorite people. Listen to the sounds of the river as you drift off to sleep, reflecting on the picturesque days spent here in the North Georgia Mountains.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
