We''ve put our hearts into furnishing and supplying this home in an effort to meet your every need. Relax on the deck with a cold beverage or play Texas Toss (aka cornhole) in the yard. Plenty of parking for you and your boat. The country setting is quiet, but if it's nightlife you wish, that's only minutes away. Fish, swim or soak up the sun. Work if you must, but take time to enjoy our gem on the Coastal Riviera!
We are situated between Aransas Pass and Rockport, Portland and Port Aransas. It’s a five minute drive to Wal Mart, Walgreens or HEB. We have some of the finest seafood and Mexican food you’ll find anywhere. Rockport and Aransas Pass both offer some interesting wineries and breweries. And the fishing! The fish are always biting somewhere in the beautiful Texas Riviera

Why they chose this property
ThreeBayPlace has everything you need to enjoy the surroundings, relax and take care of business. No long hotel corridors to navigate. No tiny fridge where nothing fits. Two bedrooms and two baths put the kids (or those other people) in the other end of the house. We are located outside the city limits in a quiet rural neighborhood that's easy to get to. Wal Mart is 3 miles away and the beach is 5 miles away. You can't beat that!
