Prima verblijf

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, ook het zwembad in de urbanisatie was in orde. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, ook de badkamer was prima in orde en ook erg modern. In de keuken is ook alles aanwezig, de kookplaat was voor ons wel even wennen omdat wij op gascokes gewend zijn. We wilden graag vroeg uitchecken op de laatste dag, ook dat was geen probleem. Waarnemer Peter was ruim op tijd om de sleutels weer in ontvangst te nemen.

Vacances d'été 2023

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La cuisine est bien équipée et la salle de bain est splendide. Toutefois les autres pièces mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Le quartier est très calme et très agréable. La piscine est superbe et très peu fréquenté.

Heerlijk ruime vakantiewoning

Een mooie geschakelde vakantiewoning met veel privacy in een rustige woonomgeving. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is in het huis aanwezig. Een gezellige huiselijke inrichting waar zich als snel thuis voelt. Nestjes en schoon. Mooie tuinen aan voor en achterzijde en heerlijke dakterrassen met zicht op de nabije kust en bergen. Veel voorzieningen in de nabije omgeving (supermarkten/restaurants e.d.) en dichtbij het levendige Benidorm. Beschikbaarheid over een auto is wel handig. En met de huismeesterservice van dhr. Thomas is de vakantie echt compleet. Vier weken zijn omgevlogen eer we er erg in hadden. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das wirklich komplett ausgestattete Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Von der zum Garten gewandten Dachterasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf´s Meer. Die etwas rustikale Ausstattung passt zum Charakter des Hauses im spanischen Stil. Es ist in der Realität noch netter als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr zuhause gefühlt. Dazu hat auch die hervorragende Betreuung durch den Hausmeisterservice (Familie Thomas) beigetragen, Die Lage ist optimal für alle, die nicht nur Strandurlaub machen wollen sondern auch an den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und im Hinterland interessiert sind. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Gemütliches Haus

Ich und meine Partnerin verbringen schon seid 5 Jahren unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus.Was uns besonders gefällt ist die schöne Lage,ruhig und doch nicht einsam.Nebenan wohnen nette Spanische Nachbarn. Die Lage kann man noch als typisch Spanisch bezeichnen.Im Haus selbst ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden,es fehlt wirklich nichts.Zum Relaxen verfügt es über einen schönen Garten und 2 Dachterrassen mit einem fantastischen Blick zum Meer hin und auf der anderen Seite zum nahe gelegenen Gebirge.In der Nähe gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl,Aldi,Mercadona,usw.)Wer ausgehen möchte kann ins nahe gelegene Benidorm,Altea oder La Villajoyosa fahren(Mietwagen erforderlich).In La Villajoyosa finden sie sogar Strände die in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt sind.Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung reichlich vorhanden(Terra Mitica,Aqualandia,Mundomar u.s.w).Alles in allem kann man einen tollen Urlaub verbringen.Nicht weit vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen schönen Gemeinschaftspool Die Miet-Abwicklung ist perfekt durch den Eigentümer und den Hausmeisterservice organisiert. Tolle und gemütliche Unterkunft

Hallo, wir waren vom 21.07.2012-10.08.2012 in La Nucia zu Besuch. Die finanzielle Abwichlung hat einwandfrei geklappt. Der örtliche Hausmesterservice ( Herr Thomas) hat sich vorbildlich verhalten und waren immer für uns da. ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Objekt und den Service buchen.Leider war der urlaub zu kurz,,,, :-) vielen Dank für alles !! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut

- Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen mit der Realität überein. - Der allgemeine Zustand war sauber, das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, tolle Aussicht (von der Dachterrasse), ruhig und dennoch ist man schnell im Zentrum von Benidorm (ca. 15 Min. mit Auto). Nebenan wohnen Spanier, keine Touristen. - Auto ist jedoch Pflicht. - Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausreichend vorhanden (spanische Supermärkte bis hin zu Aldi und Lidl). - Vorbereitung durch Vermieter war gut, Schlüsserübergabe und Hauseinweisung vor Ort durch deutschen Hausmeister-Service sowie Schlussabnahme sehr gut organisiert und pünktlich. - Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was nützlich und angenehm ist (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Gartengrill) - Preis und Leistung passen sehr gut, das Haus hat Charme mit etwas Patina - Freizeitmöglichkeiten in Benidorm und Umgebung in Hülle und Fülle, z.B. Aqualandia und Mundomar (Tierpark mit Meerestieren, Delfin- und Robbenshow nach spanischer Art), sehr schöner Sandstrand in Benidorm (trotz Massentourismus)
