A lovely and cozy place. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were close to everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Beautiful property in a lovely safe neighborhood, off road parking was generous and convenient. One of the loveliest properties I have stayed in. Pets welcome with food and water bowls, milk bones were a nice surprise. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Melanie
It was a cute unit with lots of history. the owner Patrick shared a bit about what the house was back in the day. It's located in a very accessible area to downtown Rochester and Highland Park and plenty of off street parking. Never had an issue with that. The kitchen was well stocked too. The internet was very fast and reliable. I'd come back and stay again.
Everything was great and as advertised. There were some annoying tenants upstairs, but that is out of the owner's control. She did her best to keep them in line.
Fantastic stay! The apartment had everything we needed, was absolutely spotless, and was very charming with all of the original character kept even though it’s been updated to have all the modern amenities. Plus little extras to make our dog welcome! Great neighborhood near restaurants, the Eastman Museum, and the Eastman school of music.
This was the perfect place for us to stay on our trip! A great location that was close to everything we wanted. Our hosts were in contact and just lovely!
Loved this place. It was well appointed, great location in a charming & friendly neighborhood.
The owner, Melanie, was wonderful, welcoming and very helpful.

Very cozy place with all amenities needed for your visit. Super comfortable beds. Convenient downtown location. Quiet street with off street parking. Would definitely recommend!
It was easy to find and settle into. Our host quickly made sure we were set up and that we had wifi. The house had a nice kitchen, fridge, and silverware. It felt like home for the short time we were there
