The location and grounds are fabulous. We were very disappointed that many of the listed amenities were either greatly overstated or missing altogether. There are no horses on the property as an example. Also, we found the property to not be as clean as you would expect a luxury property. Dusty shelves, cabinets, floors, ants, etc.

Response from VrboOwner on 2 Sept, 2025
We allowed Linda to come in a day earlier at her request, she agreed to pay extra. After her stay she has threatened to provide a bad review unless we drop the charges, and when we didn't, she went ahead and provided the above review, which is absolutely false. Any amenity she might refer to as missing related to her misunderstanding the listing. We, for example, never advertised horseback riding as included. Our accessible bedrooms are in the Gate House and Woods House, but not in the Main House, and we never claim differently. It is the first time we have had a negative reaction from a renter, they are normally providing glowing reviews. Shame on you, Linda.
