Welcome to Las Vegas! Enjoy your stay at our Beautiful Modern 5-bed 3 bath (Pool included) home. Just 20 minutes from The famous Strip and Fremont Street Experience. Make yourself at home with all that we have for your relaxing getaway.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood which will allow you to enjoy your stay and swim in peace in our refreshing pool. Rooms come with dark curtains which will allow you to have a good night's sleep every night of your stay.
A feature you do not want to miss out on is our romantic balcony right outside the master bedroom which oversees the pool right beneath you.
Can fit up to 4 cars in our driveway. 2 sets of dining tables, seats about 5 each. Two couches in our living room.
A very convenient home located near restaurants, shops, and supermarkets including Walmart, Outback Steakhouse, Applebee's, Burlington and so many more you just have to see for yourself!
Things to note: When booking you agree to our "No smoking allowed inside the house" policy. A minimum of $300 will be applied.
If you would like to request an early check-in/ check-out, please contact the host with a 72-hour notice before checking in/ checking- out to confirm.

Good property.

It lacked some basic kitchen utensils, the dishwasher wasn’t attached, and the hot tub was cold. However, the house was nice, the neighbor hood was convenient, and the host did her best to address concerns, and we had a great time.

Great Spaces

This house had a lot of space and was well-maintained. It was perfectly located between the fun in Vegas and the nature/hiking to the north. The house had a great outdoor space, but the pool was dirty and the hot tub was cold. The biggest drawback was that the kitchen was very poorly stocked for our group who loves to cook. Overall it met our needs.

Big and Roomy

This was a big roomy house that was perfect for our family. Very clean. Only problem was that the pool and jacuzzi does not heat. There is no heating system. We were looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. I wish I knew this ahead of time. Other than that, the house itself was perfect.

Clean with Private Rooms

Overall, it was a bit underwhelming especially since the pool and jacuzzi was dirty as well as cold even after we discussed heating the pool. The house itself was clean, but needs some maintenance which we followed up with the host regarding. They were responsive, but the maintenance didn’t show up. We did have to walk to the Wal-Mart to get supplies as it was not well stocked. All in all, if you’re looking for a place to sleep that is clean and with lots of private rooms, this is the spot for you.
