This bright unit is located near the Coligny Plaza area. Park your vehicle in the private lot and walk to everything you need for a memorable visit. Shopping, barbers, stylists, restaurants and grocery stores are just to the right of this quiet condominium. Renting a bike is a great way to see the island while pedaling on the many miles of paved paths.

You have a view of the private pool on the garden side. Please bring your own beach towels! There is a swing located near the lagoon at the back of the property where you can watch the native wildlife. Come to the island and leave your troubles behind!

Nice comfortable apartment for 1-2 people. Close to shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. 5 minutes from the beach. You don't have to drive to get around the area. 100% recommend!

Nice, affordable stay

Clean, everything you would need. Quiet and relaxing. Nice pool area. A few snakes on the property (copperheads), but mostly out back near the marsh which would be expected.

Great first experience with VRBO.

This rental was perfect for us, the location was close to everything we needed. It was very clean, the bath towels were nice and fluffy and the shower was so nice. We hope to rent it again someday.

We enjoyed our stay in this exceptionally clean and comfortable condo. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a nice shower/towels and comfortable bed. The condo is conveniently located a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. Lynn was great to work with!

Best location on Hilton Head Island

The best thing about this condo is the location. There are coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, bike rentals, and the beach within a few blocks. We traveled all over the island and would pick this area again for our next visit. The bed is very comfortable and the condo has all the basic things you need. The deck has a nice garden view. From the bench swing in the back we saw an aligator and about 15 turtles. The pool was quiet while we were there.

Great location

This small condo is perfect for 2 people. Everything you need is within walking distance. Sure it could use some updating like many of the HHI condos but overall, the location makes up for the age of the unit.

Our stay at Lynn's property was just what we needed!! An easy walk to most everywhere we needed to go. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet for the most part. Lynn was a pleasant lady to work with. Laundry facility is close by as well. Thank you, Lynn!

This is a very peaceful neighborhood. Everything is convenient, restaurants, shopping, groceries ect. & within a short walk. This condo has always been very clean and well equipped with most everything. I always enjoy the personal phone call from the owner making sure that you have received all necessary info for check-in to make everything stress free !

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We loved being across from coligny, a short walk from the beach (added bonus the complex had a sand shower), sitting on the private patio, and taking a last minute dip in the pool! Walking in to the unit exceeded our expectations from the listing photos as well. Unit had everything we needed for our stay, and Lynn couldn’t have been a better host. She was incredibly easy to contact, very responsive, and was prompt, generous, and extremely helpful when we had an issue during our stay. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again.

Location was great and that's about it.

Very close to Coligny. The unit was treated and we found (2) dead cockroaches. There was also mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets. We also discovered that there were no washer/dryer in the unit and by accident found a laundry facility onsite that we then had to ask for the code. Appliances were old and the oven was dirty.

We could not stay

We could not stay and had to get other accommodations due to mice droppings in the kitchen cabinets. We worked with the host and vrbo and got 100% refund due to the mice issues, but was a bit of a nuisance to secure other accommodations for the week. Vrbo was very helpful and even comp’d us that night in a local hotel until we secured another beach condo for the following day. So the place was as described and host was nice and accommodating but we just couldn’t stay a minute further due to the mice issue in the unit.
