**NO HIDDEN FEES, JUST RATE AND TAX**
Garden unit features a kitchenette with new cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar, living room, bedroom, spacious bathroom with a large shower and a private oversized patio garden. The Garden unit sleeps up to four, with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For added convenience there are 42' flat-screen TVs with cable in every room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, free wireless internet, central air conditioning (dedicated to each unit), off street parking with close beach access. While staying in our Gardens, you will have access to the DeSoto Beach Hotel’s (located next door) beachfront pool & sundeck, beach chair, and umbrella rentals.
