About this property

Recently Remodeled Cozy Farmhouse located in Marlette

1905 Farmhouse chic, cozy and elegant. Surrounded by farmland, it’s your own little slice of Heaven. Located on 3 acres with several out buildings, including a seasonal wedding barn. Lots of space for family or friends. Sleeps 11.
This farmhouse is a short term rental, therefore only has a smaller fridge/freezer combo (see pics), NO STOVE, only table top appliances; microwave, toaster, coffee maker, flat top/roaster. House does come with all linens supplied, including towels and some bathroom products. Furnace was new in fall 2022, but it is an old farmhouse and heat runs are limited on 2nd floor in these old houses. The main level is perfect and the upstairs stays decently warm. We do have extra blankets in the closets upstairs to accommodate cooler evenings if need be.

Nice property

We rented the house for my sister's and brother to stay during a funeral. Considering the circumstances it was a good stay. We did not eat at the house because the kitchen was not set up for making meals. I would stay again.

Great Stay

My husband and I rented out the house for the weekend while we got married at the barn and it was a delightful experience. The space was incredibly spacious, allowing for plenty of room to relax and unwind Friday. Spacious enough to have the bridal party stay with us the night of the wedding. Everything was spotlessly clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. The decor was cute and inviting, adding a cozy touch. Highly recommend everything about the property!!

Wedding Venue and Vacation House

Our Son was married at the Wedding Venue on the property. The house is a two story 5 bedroom 2 bathroom. So .convenient to walk right next door to the wedding in our formal clothes with adults, teenagers, and children
