Great for large families and those that may like to entertain and spend time outdoors, guests can arrive back at their private dock after a day of boating, fishing or beaching, and get to unwind on one of the many decks surrounding the home. Breathtaking sunset views and cocktails in hand are a favourite pastime for our guests. The property runs sea to sea, and is surrounded by 270 degrees of water, situated on the protected/leeward side of Hope Town, close to Firefly Sunset Resort and the world-famous Tahiti Beach.

This very eco-friendly property also features a complete solar system to power the home, a back-up standby generator, piped music with a speaker system throughout the house, a water RO system, and an outdoor kitchen for grilling. Standup paddelboards are available as well as a mini putting green, making your island happy hours just that just more chill.
