What a great find!!! Close to Notre Dame for the graduation. Also, a quaint little town with great eateries. The Iron Shoe Distillery is within walking distance as is El Rancho Viejo. Both were delicious. Tad was a wonderful host and always there to answer any questions...

Great get-a-way weekend! Bed/mattress/pillows were comfortable, apartment was clean and very quiet. We were able to walk to restaurants & breweries. There is also a park close by on the river.

Nice little studio

Overall good stay—only one night. The location is great, and the coffee shop a couple doors down is very good. Just a little bit of confusion finding the way in through the radio shack.

Good place to stay in Niles

Good place to stay if you are in the Niles area. Just always double check that you have your key before you leave the loft. You would be really stuck if you walked out with out your key or phone. First time in is a little confusing, till you see what business door you enter through. But over all very good place if you do not want a hotel room. And prefer an apartment style stay

Cute Studio - Great Communication!

My pups and I stayed three nights in this adorable studio! The check-in was a bit tricky in regard to the entry itself. The entryway for the property IS through the Gather storefront. I was mildly baffled but the lovely woman at the antique store gave me some guidance. I loved that the main living area was large enough to set up both of my dog crates with plenty of room to spare! We really enjoyed our stay here and were overjoyed that the dog park was less than five minutes away! Tad was very responsive and helpful with any questions that arose during our stay. Definitely recommend visiting!

Tad was an excellent host; highly responsive and went out of his way to accommodate a specific need I had during my stay. I truly appreciated his attentiveness.Unfortunately, the noise from the upstairs unit made the overall experience quite unpleasant. A child ran back and forth across the apartment from early morning well into the evening, banged things on the floor, and rolled around in what sounded like a chair or scooter — constantly. It was simply untenable and significantly impacted my ability to relax and rest.This is a shame, as I was looking for a go-to spot for my frequent trips to Niles. Due to the noise issue, I cannot in good conscience book here again or recommend it to others, which I would have done enthusiastically otherwise. I'd encourage the host to look into soundproofing solutions and/or address the situation more directly with the upstairs tenants, as this property has real potential.
