We had a great stay for our trip to watch tennis at Indian Wells. It was an easy drive from the house to the venue. The house was clean and as advertised. Communication with Tyler was easy and I appreciated him letting us know the house was ready and that we could check in a little early.

Nice location for festivals

Comfortable place to stay for Coachella weekend. Easy and responsive communication with owner. Nice pool and hot tub. It was a 1.7 mile walk from the house to the festival entrance.

Perfect house

We booked to attend powertrip. It’s walkable to polo grounds (it’s a hike at 100 plus degrees so we walked some days and drove others). House is nice. Would stay there again. Quite neighborhood. No issues.
