This cute apartment is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
We are just 5 blocks away from the famous Calle Ocho in Miami, well known for it's Cuban culture.
We're surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, as well as Downtown Miami/ Brickell area and home of the Miami Heat and only minutes away to amazing nightlife as you admire the beautiful downtown buildings.
If you want to go to the beach no worries South Beach is a short 15 minute drive.

Exceeded expectations

Very convenient location. Exactly what we needed. Neighborhood is older but very quiet and should not be a deterent to stay here. I would stay here again anytime.

Amazing location

The place was a great location for food and nightlife. Easy to get to Miami and neighboring areas. The shower pressure isn’t the best though, and the temperature of the water isn’t hot at all (Luke warm). But the beds were comfortable and the place is very clean and well kept. Loved the assigned parking!!!! :) would stay again

The place was great. It was clean exactly what I needed. The neighborhood was kinda sketchy though. Don't recommend staying there if you're a woman by yourself. But otherwise a really nice place.

Very nice place to stay everything you need. TVs towels, washcloths kitchens supplies. Really nice bathroom setup. Everything was good. Neighborhood a little sketchy kind of trashy but that's up to you. I would recommend this place.

El Sr Rodrigo muy cortes nos dejó entrar una hora antes le agradezco pues andábamos desde las 3am El apto ok muy encerrado la cama tiene un hueco sentíamos q ya c quebraba, tv en los cuartos fue lo q nos salvó un poco cocina equipada q no usamos no tiene lavadora ni secadora , algo bueno q tiene su estacionamiento y creo 3 a 4 días max nada q hacer si vienes en familia solo malls pero el area terrible me sentí muy insegura y decepcionada no era lo q esperaba prepárense para caminar o para pagar estacionamientos si rentan un carro demasiado costoso y fea el area
