Family-friendly & in a great neighborhood! 3 minutes the Nolan County Coliseum!

This is just a cute, cozy RV tucked into a really nice neighborhood. Nothing super fancy or over-the-top—but it’s clean, comfortable, and easy on the wallet, which is what most people are really looking for anyway.

We’re just a block away from the Sweetwater Country Club if you’re into golfing, and about a mile from the Nolan County Coliseum—home of the famous World's Largest Rattlesnake Roundup every second weekend in March.

The RV sits right next door to us, so if you need anything at all, we’re close by and happy to help. We’ve also got you covered with coffee, bottled water, and a little welcome snack basket to get your stay started right.

Great Stay for the Roundup

The RV was perfect for our family of 4 during the Rattlesnake Roundup. It smelled amazing and came well stocked with bedding, towels, and kitchen items. Thanks for hosting us!

Wonderful experience!

Stayed here for a travel nursing assignment! The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean, smelled great, and very comfortable! I would recommend this rental to anyone who want an affordable and comfortable place to stay!

Awesome 4 day stay

This property was exactly as described. The RV was very clean and well stocked with almost everything you could think of. The snack basket was a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The owner’s were available if needed and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this RV if you need a place to stay while traveling in the Sweetwater area. Thank you for allowing me as a guest.

Great place to stay.

Great place. Very convenient. Perfect for my friend and I as we attended a local event. Only suggestion is if you are an adult and plan to sleep in the bunk area, bring a mattress topper. The bunk sleeping pad would be ok for kids but aren't designed to support an adult. Hosts were great. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of hor water for both of us to shower each night.

Very pleasant

Although it sits between two homes it is in a quiet neighborhood. There are dogs but they were friendly and in a fenced yard. The rv was exactly as listed. It was a comfortable stay and my granddaughter felt safe there. The extras provided such as water and snacks were appreciated! We met the owner and he was nice and available. We did not feel like we were imposing on anyone. Perfect for a couple of people or a solo for short or long stays. The unit is hooked up to electric, water and sewer.

Perfect Little RV near the Nolan County Coliseum

We rented this adorable camper for the Rattlesnake Roundup, and it was exactly what we needed. The queen size bed was incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was seamless and the RV came with some nice little extras that added the perfect welcoming touch – bottled waters, crackers, and a nice note explaining everything we needed to know. The dining room table was the perfect size and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items to make a quick meal or microwave dinner. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the water was nice and hot. It was perfectly clean and very well kept. Very nice owners who were always available via text if we needed anything. It is located in a super quiet neighborhood and we felt very comfortable and private for our entire stay. If you are looking for a perfect little get-away in Sweetwater, you can’t get any better than this rental.
