Not as advertised

The listing makes it appear close to the water near a marina. There are pics of people riding jet skis in the lake. You don't get the real location until you pay. The place is across the highway in a sketchy neighborhood. There were two vehicles parked in the 4 car driveway and appears people are already there. There are car parts and trash all over the place. It's a dump. I didn't even go in. I tried to reach the host and there was no response. I tried to get VRBO to help make it right but there was no help. Disappointed since I have always had good experiences using VRBO. I wish I could add pictures I took of the actual location.
