It was a great place to stay with my family. It was very clean and had great amenities. The location was very peaceful and everyone around was really nice. The owners were very quick to respond to any of my questions. We would definitely stay there again.
Yes, the dtiveway is steep, but very comfortable, clean and nice. Everything we needed was there and easy to use. Alyson was terrific! We eally enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and cute. Very peaceful. Loved being able to see wildlife right from the front porch. Short drive to the pool and lake access.
We loved our stay. The manager was responsive to the few minor issues we had and she was very friendly. The location was great as it was close to hiking, fishing, and the community pool. Eureka Springs was not that far away either.
I brought my three children with me to Beaver Lake to go boating. Had a great time, easy drive to the marina. House was very clean and had everything you would want! Only wished we could have stayed longer.
We took our bikes down to ride for the long weekend. The roads were narrow and the driveway was difficult to get in and out. We were only there during the night but it was decent for what we needed.

Most of the homes in the Lost Bridge area have steep driveways due to the hilly terrain by the lake. We hope you enjoyed your stay.
Overall we had a very nice stay. House slept all 5 comfortably. Driveway is very steep so SUV or Truck is best for access. Internet was spotty but management was very responsive and friendly.
I can’t say enough good things about this property. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was very clean and super adorable. Easily accessible and also relatively close to the lake. The management company was very helpful no matter when we had to text with questions. Very friendly and accommodating.
We had a fabulous time relaxing and enjoying each others company here at Blue Haven! My husband loved fishing and I enjoyed hanging with my puppies reading a book! We loved sitting by the fire at night having great conversation! It was a much needed getaway! Thank you!
Everything was very clean, the property manager stayed in contact with us during our stay and was available whenever we had a question. We loved being in the trees, our son caught a turtle, saw many woodpeckers, and even got close to a deer walking through. We loved the firepit and the gas pit on the deck for when we wanted to have a small fire with no work.

Thank you for your wonderful review, Stephanie! There is certainly no shortage of wildlife here in the Ozarks. We are so pleased your vacation was enjoyable.
This house was clean, cute, and exactly as described. Had everything we needed for our lake vacation. Layout of house was great for our family of four. Beds were clean and comfortable, everything worked properly. Balcony in front was nice to go out in the morning with coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Driveway is a little steep but our truck made it up and down every time. Thank you!

Nice..but…..
Nice place, great location. Comfortable beds. Clean inside. Here is the but……no propane for the grill, some lights not working and lamp shade just sitting on the table, patio door screens are ripped out, the deck and chairs were absolutely filthy. We had to sweep and clean it. Couldn’t use the fire pit because it was filled with leaves from the past fall. It certainly should have been much nicer for what we paid per night.

Thank you for bringing these things to our attention, Jeff. The leaves were blown after your group left and we had the deck power washed. Propane has been replaced. Our Local House Manager, Allyson, makes herself available to guests 24/7 to help with any issues that may come up. Since we were not made aware of the issues until this review, there was not much we could do to remedy these things during your stay. We hope you were able to enjoy your vacation despite these things. Thank you for staying with us.
They did call and tell me Wi-Fi was out right before stay, but it was expected to come on Saturday morning. Since we were coming in late Friday, I didn’t think this was a big deal. Wi-Fi never came on during stay. They had an antenna for TV, but it only picked up one channel. Therefore, we could not watch football game my husband really wanted to see. This impacted his mood and our stay. I would not have come if I knew we wouldn’t have been able to watch anything all weekend. Not sure if this is a one time situation for this property or a reoccurring event. Thought I’d put this out there just to warn future renters though.

Unfortunately, at the time of your stay, this home was brand new on our program as a vacation rental and had to have the utility company install the WiFi..(previously Centurylink, but they had just sold to Brightstar days before the owners had closed on this house).
I did call these guests and explain the situation, including the fact that we have literally no control over the company that supplies WiFi, but it was definitely a completely frustrating process for all of us. The company told us it would be up and running in 24 hours....(It actually was 7 days and over 21 hours of our time on the phone with them, plus the homeowner's time) trying to get them to resolve the issue. But FINALLY, we did get the internet connected to the home, just not in time for this renter. We sincerely apologize for the impact on any guest's stay and wish we had known about the special game. We certainly would have tried to help in locating another home if one was available, or a sports bar, where that game could be watched.
All four TV's have internet connection, and streaming access (ROKU), but also know that unless you have a streaming account that you can sign into, most sporting events are not free to watch on the internet.
Again, our apologies.
