Excellent option for family stay

We stayed at the property over the Thanksgiving break; there was ample room for the seven of us using both units. We were able to find all of the cooking utensils we needed for Thanksgiving dinner by looking in both kitchens. Excellent option for big groups, lovely neighborhood.

Exactly what we were looking for.

The property was everything we needed to accommodate our stay. The only minor issue would be the backyard being overgrown but we made due on the patio. The owner was great and responded quickly. All in all the stay was great!

Great stay!

This was perfect for our family of 10, plenty of room.The owner provided enough supplies for all of us, like toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, body cream (avenno) etc! It was 2 duplexes with high ceilings and beautiful decorations! Great beds and pillows! We had a great time made even by wonderful accommodations and the location was a plus! Near all Austin attractions! We’ll definitely be back!😊

Good location

The property is actually a duplex, 2 separate units. If you have a large group where you all want to be under the same roof the entire time then this may be an issue. I had my 2 adult children and it actually worked well as they had their own space to retreat to. We are on different schedules so worked well as we could go to bed and get up without much worry. The location was reasonably close to SoCo, a short Uber ride in. The property was reasonably priced considering we stayed during the F1 race weekend and all the lodging was jacked up in price. Our only complaint was the bed mattress which was a bit too soft for our preference. Checkin and communication was easy.
