Large home located in a park-like neighborhood in Eagle. The house is conveniently located walking / biking distance from the Green Belt and downtown Eagle, close to shops, schools, downtown Boise and the airport. The house is 15 min from the Meridian Village, 20 min from local wineries, 20 min from Boise, and the airport, 1 h from Bogus Basin ski resort.
The home offers comfort and convenience and is ideal for family gatherings.
The chef's kitchen features two kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances: two ovens, garbage compactor, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. The kitchen table can accommodate 8 and there is seating for 4 around the island.
The home includes a formal living room with a fireplace and a casual family room with TV.
The home has 5 bedrooms: 4 upstairs (3 queen bedrooms and 1 tween bedroom) and master bedroom on the ground level offering, privacy away from the rest of the house and a retreat-like master bath with a soak tub.
Linens, towels and blankets are provided; fully equipped kitchen; brand new washer and dryer. There are booster chairs for toddlers and a portable baby crib.
Access to a large private backyard as well as community pool, tennis court and basketball court. The house is ideal for family gatherings, but No parties are allowed. No smoking and no vaping.

Wonderful home in Eagle, ID!
We had a wonderful time at our stay in this Eagle home! It was perfect for multiple families and very accommodating for young children. Lots of space and plenty of bedrooms, perfect for spreading out. The house was very clean and in a convenient location. The hosts were lovely, they made the check in process a breeze and were there to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay in Eagle!
This house is beautiful & exceptionally clean. The bedrooms all cooled well at night with the AC running (it was 90 degrees). The property manager. Plamena, was very responsive and found us an iron ASAP when we needed one for wedding preparations. Highly recommend this property—
