Wellington Horse show stay

The house is cute, clean, however a little run down (exterior/backyard mostly weeds/large tarp rather than grass, bathroom walls could use some fresh paint) in comparison to how pictured on line. Getting into the home (even at 10 pm) is simple and the area is easy to find. The washing machine didn’t work well, it would not spin clothes to damp and we had to drip dry clothes before we could use dryer. We emailed the owner twice (once for more towels which he delivered in 24 hours) and another time regarding the washing machine (we did not get a response until I told him again at check-out how inconvenient this was. The primary reason we stayed in a home rather than a hotel - was the need to wash clothes). It’s about a 15 minute drive to Wellington horse show, so daily commute is fine. The kitchen and living room were comfortable and all four of us could easily lounge and watch TV/movies together. I wish I could rate this property 3.5 stars overall (rather than 3 or 4) but this app won’t allow me to do that
