This home is located in the desirable Rancho Santa Fe subdivision close to freeways, restaurants, Stadium, Westgate shopping & entertainment district, Sports Arena's, Phoenix International Speedway, Golf Course's, Casinos, Wildlife Zoo and Luke Air Force Base. This is the perfect place for you and your family to relax and enjoy the West Valley.

Rancho Santa Fe is a quiet family friendly area in the West Valley, nearby you will find Friendship Park where you can walk, fish or even feed the ducks. This house is convenient to I-10 Fwy making easy access to Sky Harbor Airport. Fry's Grocery Store and Walmart are 3 mins away. Many restaurants nearby - whether you want to have a sit down meal or just grab a hamburger. Additional pool fee will be required in order to heat pool with a Minimum of two days.
