Washer and Dryer in the unit. Only a short bike ride to Duval Street. Covered parking, storage unit, elevator. Cleaning fee is for every 2 weeks. Everything you need for a home away from home.

City of the Arts, our winter season offers many diverse musical, artistic and sports centered events along with great dining, water sports and fishing. Just about something for everyone. And the weather! One of the big reasons we're here.

La Brisa Condominium is centrally located and close to beautiful beaches, shopping centers and downtown. Everything is within a 5-10 minute drive, and you can bike anywhere on the bicycles we'll provide you. Spacious, quiet, great closet space, lovely neighbors and a great Key West community.
