Close to Town, Climbing, Biking and Skiing - Spacious House Great for Getaways

Minutes from Mohonk, the Shawangunks and Minnewaska State Park. Just one hour to each of the three great Catskills ski mountains: Hunter, Windham and Belleayre. Great vacation spot just an hour and a half from NYC. The view from the deck makes it feel like you’re deep in the woods, but you’re still close to town and TONS of activities. Bike rentals, hiking, kayaking, rail trails and climbing all await.

New Construction, ready for you to put your feet up and relax. We’ve designed our home to be our favorite place on earth. Warm colors and textiles, open spaces and comfy hotel style beds are key to our decor. You’ll also find all the tech you need for entertainment or work.

Downtown New Paltz – Great restaurants, quaint shopping, and lots to do. All the benefits of a small college town plus a very chill food-loving vibe combine to give New Paltz some of the best eateries for miles. Farm Tours available through the fall. There’s even an excellent distillery around the corner from from the house! A black box theater runs seasonally, and the nearby art scene is top notch.

With four beds and three bedrooms, the house is comfortable for up to six guests. You’ll have the house to yourself! One bedroom and bath right off the living room. Two bedrooms and the other bath down the hall. Open kitchen, dining and living area with a huge smart tv great for streaming music or movies. Enjoy the ping pong table in the unfinished basement. The only part of the house off limits is the unfinished attic. Enjoy the deck off the dining room, and a stone patio on the ground level.

This is a beautifully maintained home with everything you need to enjoy a stay in New Paltz. The kitchen has all the glasses and utensils you need. Bedrooms are comfortable. Great views from their balcony. Highly recommended

Family visit and rock climbing

The house was the perfect home base. It is close to West Trap for rock climbing. Also close to great hiking, shopping and restaurants. The house was sparkling clean with plenty of room for my 8 mo old granddaughter to crawl around. It also has great outdoor spaces on a private wooded lot. We will definately stay again.

Perfect mountain retreat!

Great vacation property, perfect for families and/or friends- open floor plan with the master bedroom (w/ en-suite) separate from the other bedrooms. Common areas are bright and inviting, clean and nicely organized as well. Quiet wooded street, nice deck for relaxing and viewing abundant wildlife in the area. Located halfway between the mountains and the town of New Paltz. We visit often for hiking and the restaurants and shops in town, we’ll definitely be booking this property again!

Clean and peaceful stay

We loved our stay in New Paltz! The house was super clean, nicely decorated and very organized with labels on all the drawers. We all slept well in the comfy beds and enjoyed the view of nature from the back deck. We checked out Poughkeepsie for views of the Hudson and Beacon for food and thrifting, but loved New Paltz the most. Our daughter enjoyed the playground and soft serve ice cream place in town. Someday we will come back and do some hiking as there are tons of trail options to choose from.

We stayed for 3 nights just as the leaves were turning. It is the second time we rented this house. We stayed for a weekend last fall also. We will probably stay here next year. We had a housfull. 5 adults and an11 month old. The house is great. Nice kitchen, nice back deck and a little area behind the house to play or have a fire. The basement was my granddaughters favorite place to run and play. There is a ping-pong table, bool table and video set up for older kids. We love it, clean, neat and close to rock climbing.

Amazing house!

The house was brand new and super clean. We loved the large bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Great deck overlooking the woods and nice sitting area with gas fire pit. We really enjoyed the use of the ping pong table and pool table in the basement. That was a great bonus! The house had everything you could want in a rental property. The owner was extremely prompt and professional with all communications. Loved it!!!
