This mid-century home was designed to entertain! 

Sip freshly roasted coffee in the morning and indulge in fine wine in the evening as you relax in the jaw-dropping lounge room. 

Have fun with the entire family in the game room, which includes an air hockey table, basketball arcade game, and 65" Smart TV... or just send the kids to play in there while you relax in the lounge room! 

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and spices, and then dine at the the luxurious dining table under a mid-century modern light fixture. 

The home is equipped with Smart TVs in every bedroom.  Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in luxury linens and blackout curtains in all bedrooms.  Utilize the washer and dryer stocked with detergents and softener, so you can go home with clean laundry!  

If you need to work during your stay, we have free wi-fi and a dedicated work space.

If a guest brings a pet on the property or in the home, a non-refundable charge of $300 will be applied to your stay to sanitize the home.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS & SECURITY CAMERAS POLICIES:
We have security cameras outside to protect our home and our guests. Our property manager is monitoring the number of guests entering the property, and AirBnB will be notified immediately if the number of guests exceeds your reservation request, and you will be charged accordingly. Tampering with the security cameras will be an automatic forfeit of your security deposit.

The place was good but there were cockroaches. A couple of areas where there was indentation in walls. The outside door in the kids room needs a deadbolt. We didn’t feel safe leaving our grandchild sleeping in there. Otherwise, it was nice place to stay.

Nice Getaway

We had a great stay my kids really enjoyed the game room. The Host was very friendly to talk with. The location was great also. Very close to my family and the hall In Mercedes where the party was!! Very close to my family’s ranch where we went dove hunting. We will definitely come back to this spot

Loved Casa RGV

We stayed here for a family birding trip. The house has lots of natural light and is beautifully decorated. We loved relaxing in the lounge room. Great location close to many birding areas.

As a homeowner, when expecting guests, you would want to make sure everything is as close to clean as possible. Upon arrival, was quite disappointed by the tall grass that needed mowing, once inside, we found dead roaches on floor and window pane. The trash bin where the trash can goes had old food and trash. Overall the house was in a good location and was large enough for our family but unfortunately we would not stay here again. The greatest thing about this stay was the communication I had with the host which took care of my request immediately. I would recommend that host hire someone dependable to look over the house BEFORE guests arrive- this could have been a better experience if some care and attention would have been given to the property.

Visit Family

We came to Westlaco to visit family that winter there. The place was an extra nice fit for us. We had plenty of space to move around. The second bath was really appreciated. The house was clean & decorated very nice. We enjoyed sitting in the sunroom together in the mornings. The hosts was very easy to work with! Thank you!

My adult kids loved the game room

The property manager took care of our needs and even had a Walmart order delivered. The house is roomy with a beautiful game room that my adult kids enjoyed and played every night we were there. It’s also perfect for little ones. A quiet neighborhood with a cute sunroom that was nice and cool during the time Texas was very muggy. The house is centrally located to get around to anything you pretty much need. We will definitely be back.

Grandpa’s visit

We actually did not stay at the property. Upon arrival we found that the Internet wire had been cut by maintenance without knowledge of property owner. (These things happen) But the property owner addressed it immediately. Unfortunately Comcast could not act on it,so due to Comcast being slow to respond, we had to leave and find other options. But simply because the owner was on top of the situation and ready to remedy it immediately we will go back to the property. The owner was on top of it and quick to respond to all our questions we will definitely be returning and look forward to our next visit.

If you need a handrail on steps, this property doesn't have any. Internal and external steps are not shown in pictures. Bath towels and wash cloths were not sufficient until requested. The hostess is reachable and cooperative. Sugar, salt, and pepper were empty. Better preparation could have been made for 5 guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found us reachable and cooperative. Regarding the towels, the home was stocked with six bath towels upon your arrival. After you requested additional towels for your group, we promptly delivered a dozen freshly washed towels the very next morning. In fact, when we arrived with them, you mentioned you didn’t need all of them and declined a few. During your stay, I also checked in every few days to make sure you had everything you needed. Had you mentioned that the salt, pepper, or sugar needed to be replenished, I would have gladly brought those over as well, just as I did with the towels. As for the handrails, I specifically informed you before your stay that the bathroom did not have a handrail. If concerns about the property’s stairs or accessibility had been raised before your arrival, I would have happily answered those questions and even allowed you to cancel your reservation without penalty if the home wasn’t the right fit for your needs. We genuinely try to accommodate our guests whenever possible and respond quickly to requests. We’re sorry the property ultimately did not meet all of your expectations, and we wish you the very best in your future travels.
