Amazing 2BR Ocean View Condo @ Myrtle Beach Resort

Amazing 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a beachy feel and the view is spectacular! Master bedroom on one side, 2nd bedroom on the other, 4 person dining table with 2 spots at the breakfast bar in a spacious living room with an amazing balcony off the master and living room! Great place to unwind, take in the sights and sounds of the beach with the view for MILES!! Beach themed 2br condo in oceanfront tower just steps to the beach. There is an ice cream and pizza shop on the 1st floor (currently being remodeled), full laundromat, gym and sauna. We have a general store for beach odds and ends you may need last minute. On site oceanfront bar & grill (see photos) for drinks, food and music at night!

Information regarding amenities for 2023:

**Renaissance Tower will have on going ground level construction during 2023**
Lazy river water park will open no later than April 1st
1) All amenities (when open) at the resort are available to all guests at any time at no cost
3) Tower outdoor pool and indoor hot tub open all year round (will be unavailable until further notice). This also includes the sand volleyball court
4) Building B indoor pool and hot tub open all year round, oceanfront pool open most all year round
5) Quarterdeck oceanfront bar and grill: Open weather permitting, hours vary in spring/fall, open until 11pm during summer.

You must be 23 years old to rent at Myrtle Beach Resort. There is no smoking in the condo, on the balcony or inside any building at the resort. No pets are allowed at the resort, no golf carts and no trailers (except during the specific days of the spring/fall bike weeks).

During spring/fall bikes weeks, motorcycles are allowed at no additional cost and have designated parking areas at each building. Trailers have a $100 fee paid at the front security gate on arrival. Must NOT be longer than 18ft ball hitch to rear bumper and also have designated parking areas. Trailers are ONLY allowed during spring/fall bike week dates.

During the season (dates vary but usually mid May to mid Sept), beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly from the lifeguards in front of the resort. They will set them up and take them down each day in the same spot for you. Very hassle free.

Each building has an on site laundry room for use during your stay. We provide all your bed linens and bath towel sets (4 sets in a studio, 6 sets in 2 & 3 br units). We do not provide any linen service during your stay so please utilize the laundry room for any washing/drying needs.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, beach toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Things are left behind in units during the season but they are ever changing as guests come and go.

The resort is located 6 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach (The Skywheel in downtown is located at 11th North, we are at 59th South)

The airport is a very easy Uber ride and less than 10 mins from the resort.

We have someone on-site at the resort most every day to take care of any issues immediately on arrival or during your stay.
