This home is in a residential part of downtown Long Beach. It's just a short walk to several restaurants and bars, the LIRR, with service directly to New York City, and of course, the beach! There's plenty of free parking and the area is very quiet.

Welcome to our private, 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for families, small groups of friends, or a romantic getaway! The property is perfectly situated in a residential neighborhood that is still right in downtown Long Beach. You'll be minutes away from plenty of restaurants and bars, some of our favorites being JJ Coopers, Billy's Beach Café, the iconic Laurel Diner, and Gino's Pizza. The beach and boardwalk are also a short walk away, as is the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) with direct service to New York City. The West End of Long Beach is also well-known for it's bars and restaurants, and is easily accessible with Uber, Lyft, or Long Beach's dedicated taxi service.

At the property, you'll have access to plenty of free parking as well as a private entrance to the apartment. Inside you'll find a comfortable living room, with a large TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you'll need, as well as complimentary coffee. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and are supplied with plenty of linens, pillows, and blankets. While you'll love the inside of this space, by the far the best feature is the newly updated, private balcony. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a beverage after a relaxing day at the beach!

***We provide 4 beach passes as well as beach chairs and towels. You'll find all of these in a shed next to the house. Just bring the bathing suit!***

We are a very short walk away from the Long Island Railroad (LIRR), with direct service to Manhattan. The train ride is 50 minutes, and makes for a great time to plan all the things you're going to do in NYC! We also have Uber, Lyft, and a dedicated Long Beach Taxi service for getting around the local area.

This is the upstairs unit of a 2 family house. There is a young family in the bottom unit. We ask all guests to adhere to quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. We welcome groups looking to have fun, but just request that people are respectful of the family living in the bottom unit.

The second room has a pull-out couch. You will find extra linen for the pull-out couches in the dresser in the second bedroom. Pillows can be found in the closets. The dresser in this room also contains extra towels.

Under no circumstances do we allow smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, far away from the entrances and windows of the house. We ask guests to refrain from tossing cigarettes onto the property.
