This property was perfect for us. It was clean and well furnished down to toiletries, complete kitchen with all the needed dishes and utensils and very comfortable beds. The area is beautiful and there are so many wonderful restaurants within Yarmouth and surrounding towns.

What a Gem!!

If you are looking for a spot to call home base while you explore Southern Maine, this place is it!! Its location is perfect! We were able to explore Portland and Freeport as well as some of the smaller near by towns. The guest house was well equipped and quite comfortable. Check in and out were easy. Nicholas was always available to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be booking this place again when we plan our next trip to Maine!
